These workshops are a series of rehearsals leading up to the filming of Three Heart Dance videos that will be featured in our Season 11 Concert

This weekend features multiple short film experiences that will be apart of a unique Season 11 Film. Participants are able to learn simple movement and complete storybuilding journal prompts at their own leisure leading up to film day

Whether you’re here as a recreational mover or a professional dancer, this retreat is designed to inspire and energize. Throughout the weekend participants will engage in community journaling, outdoor excursions, & much more.

Our Trainee, Rec, & Professional Experiences are opportunities for dancers ages 8+ to participate in a Three Hearts Dance in live dances for the Season 10 concert.
